If your package is lost while in the hands of USPS, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS. All packages are insured by Kings Apron.
Every checkout is a Secure checkout, 3D security protocol will be applied to all transactions.

3. Shipping and Returns
​Shipping:
We currently offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping prices are based on the cost to provide the service and may vary depending on the weight and destination of your order.

Due to recent high demand and our items being handmade, please allow up to 21 business days for all Genuine Copper, Medicinal, Sterling Silver, Federa Hats, Beads items to ship.

Returns:
Due to the handmade nature of some of our products, we are currently unable to accept returns. All Fedora Hats are ONE SIZE FITS ALL, there is an inside strap to adjust. There are absolute no returns on Hats. One Size Fits All, you may have to adjust your hairstyle to accommodate the size of the hat. Double check your waist size for all waist beads, anklets, bracelets, and all wearable items. All sizes once ordered are final. Please refer to the latest information on COVID-19 and its variants before placing your order.

4. Package Loss
Kings Apron insures all packages shipped. However, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with USPS if their package is lost.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Kings Apron.
