Cancellation/Refund Policy:

You may cancel your booking for our Jewelry Class: Gemstone Wire Wrapping, presented by Kings Apron, at any time. However, please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

• Non-Refundable Payments: All payments—including deposits, installment payments, full payments, and late fees—are strictly non-refundable.

• Cancellation Exception: The only exception to this policy is if Kings Apron must cancel the event in its entirety due to government-restricted shutdowns or unexpected mandates. In this event, all registered participants will be notified via email with refund instructions.

• Travel & Personal Responsibility: All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own expense. Kings Apron shall not be held liable for any consequences, delays, or cancellations related to third-party travel companies, nor for any documentation issues required for travel.

• Emergency Policy: While we understand that unexpected events occur, there are no exceptions to this cancellation policy for personal emergencies, severe weather, flight delays, or flight cancellations.

Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances, situations and occasions we recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance, through a qualified travel agent, to cover you for your class.

WHY IS OUR CLASS NON REFUNDABLE?

Our Class Site and Vendors both require upfront commitments that Kings Apron must adhere to. When Kings Apron sells a class to any individual or group our company has to ensure that the individual or group will attend the event. This also allows us to provide the very best possible experience to each and every individual or group attending.

CHARGEBACKS (REFUND REQUEST(S) DIRECTED FROM GUEST BANKING INSTITUTION)

Any chargeback notifications received via your bank and/or third party banking merchants (PayPal, CashApp, Apple Pay etc) will be considered cancellation. All documentation, including confirmation of receipt of all travel policies & digital agreement signatures will be provided to the banking institution as confirmation of application acceptance and received payment according to all agreed upon terms.

LIABILITY

Please understand that you are fully responsible for your own health and well-being during the Jewelry Class: Gemstone Wire Class.

 Kings Apron will not be held liable for any injuries or other medical or emotional problems that may occur, or triggered during or after your time on the class. Kings Apron will NOT accept any responsibility for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, cyber attacks, terrorist actions, collapse of power grids, closure of airports, civil strike, industrial action, natural disasters, scheduling mishaps, world pandemic, technical problems to transport, national, state, or personal emergencies, illness or unexpected illness of participants or close relatives/pets, acts of God or any other events beyond our control. Kings Apron will NOT be held responsible for any loss or damage of property or disruption of program cut short due to circumstances beyond the control of Kings Apron.

Kings Apron accepts no responsibility for cancellations, delays, program disruptions, or itinerary changes caused by events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, or world pandemics

• War, threats of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or industrial action

• Cyberattacks, power grid collapses, or transport technical failures

• Airport closures, travel delays, or scheduling mishaps

• Personal or national emergencies, including illness or unexpected emergencies involving participants, close relatives, or pets

Additionally, Kings Apron is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, nor for any program disruptions resulting in a shortened session due to circumstances beyond our control.

Ticketing & Access Policy

• No Physical Tickets: Please note that no physical tickets will be issued or mailed for this event.

• Do Not Share This File: This digital PDF and its contents are strictly for the individual purchaser. Please do not share, forward, or distribute this digital file.

• Verified Door List: Access to the in-person class is strictly regulated. A master list is generated directly from paid digital access downloads.

• Paid Attendees Only: Only individuals whose names appear on the official paid roster will be admitted to the in-person jewelry class. Entry will be verified at the door.
