There are many glass beads that have been found to contain toxic metals like lead and arsenic. We at Kings Apron do not want to cause any injury to the womb or skin through wearing our waistbeads. We do diligent research to provide a high quality experience on all levels; physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. Hence the importance of why we use wood. The woods we select are exotic. The oils from the wood contain antioxidants that help maintain the buoyancy and structure of the skin cells. Our woods also may reduce dryness and replenish the moisture and elasticity of the skin.
